Antawn Jamison backtracked on his recent comments, saying "I'm here for the long haul and I'm here to help this team win a championship."
Jamison has logged five straight DNP-CDs, but there is simply no room for him in the rotation right now. With his putrid defense combined with the fact that he's hitting just 31.2 percent of his shots from distance, he's not helping the Lakers where they need it, and that's why he's riding the pine. He's expected to get another chance to contribute, but he's not on the fantasy radar right now.
