Phils flipping righty Joe Blanton to Red Sox

Jon Heyman of SI.com reports that the Phillies have a deal in place that will send right-hander Joe Blanton to the Red Sox.
That was quick. The Phillies are scrambling to unload some payroll in the wake of Monday's Cliff Lee signing and Blanton is owed $17 million over the next two seasons. He posted a 4.82 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 134 strikeouts in 175 2/3 innings this past year. Now word yet on what Boston is giving up.
