Rivers reiterates that Fab Melo not ready

Doc Rivers reiterated that Fab Melo, who has been playing well in the D-League, is not ready to be called up to the Celtics.
Rivers said "the organization has not been tempted to promote him to Boston." Melo had another huge game with 32 points, nine rebounds and nine blocks, but he's been a project since day one. Anyone using D-League numbers to project how a raw rookie would fare in the NBA should reexamine that stance.
