Wes Matthews (hip) could be sidelined for two more games, and there is no timetable for his return.
"We just have to wait and see how it progresses," Terry Stotts said. Matthews has to go through a full practice and be able to sleep on the injury before being cleared to play. It's undecided if Matthews will travel to take on the Lakers on Friday, so his owners will have to continue to exercise patience.
