Dion Waiters (ankle) game-time on Wednesday

Dion Waiters (ankle) did not practice on Tuesday and he will be a game-time decision vs. the Bulls on Wednesday.
Omri Casspi started at SF with Waiters sidelined on Monday, while Daniel Gibson logged 29 minutes off the bench, but Byron Scott said he would likely shake up his rotations once again if Waiters can't play. The Cavs' rookie SG is averaging 15.2 points and 1.9 threes per game, despite shooting a lowly 36.3 percent from the field.
