Tristan Thompson's offense a work in progress

Tristan Thompson has been working with Zydrunas Ilgauskas to improve his offensive game.
Big Z is working with the Cavs in an off-court role, and he's helping to mentor the second-year player. "He's having trouble finishing shots in the lane," Byron Scott said. "Big Z has done a great job the last few days working with him down there, trying to help him figure out a way to get it up quicker and be a little more effective." Scott also added that "he had some of that last year where he had trouble finishing at times," but it's been "magnified" this season.
