Nikola Vucevic blocked a career-high four shots in a huge effort vs. the Lakers on Sunday, adding 17 points and 12 rebounds in over 40 minutes of action.
Vucevic's previous career-high was two blocks, which isn't exactly encouraging, but he played with rarified energy tonight, a welcome sign after six consecutive sub-par games. The Magic have no obvious competition for minutes at center, so Vucevic's fate is in his own hands.
