Stotts criticizes Leonard's low post defense
Meyers Leonard - C - Portland Trail Blazers
Nov. 22, 2012 - 5:10 PM ET

Blazers coach Terry Stotts referred to rookie Meyers Leonard as a "poor" low post defender after Wednesday's game.

Leonard had 12 points and five rebounds (with two steals and two blocks) in a start for J.J. Hickson (shoulder), but allowed Marcin Gortat to score 22 points on 11-of-14 shooting. The rookie has some intriguing potential, but isn't currently a consideration in standard-sized fantasy leagues. Leonard is averaging 4.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 0.8 blocks per game.
