Anthony Davis (ankle) out for Tuesday night
Anthony Davis - F - New Orleans Hornets
Nov. 20, 2012 - 7:55 PM ET

Anthony Davis has a stress reaction to his left ankle and will not play in Tuesday's game against the Knicks.

"He's day-to-day. It's something we're going to be cautious about," coach Monty Williams said. The top pick of the 2012 NBA Draft is also doubtful to play Wednesday against Indiana, according to Yahoo! Sports. Davis has tweaked his left ankle in three of the last four days and the Hornets don't want his stress reaction to get worse. His fantasy owners might want to be prepared for him to miss a handful of games. Robin Lopez and Jason Smith figure to be the most attractive adds stemming from this news.
