Curry (ankle) takes over; Lee posts 17 & 19
Stephen Curry - G - Golden State Warriors
Nov. 20, 2012 - 4:25 AM ET

Stephen Curry tweaked his troublesome right ankle in Monday's overtime contest with the Mavs, but stayed in the game and took over with 31 points on 9-of-21 shooting (3-of-7 3PTs, 10-of-10 FTs), six rebounds, nine assists, and two steals in 43 minutes.

This was easily the best game of his career, and while the Warriors seemingly have no conscience with how they handle the face of their franchise, keeping him in the game was the difference in the Warriors' win. This doesn't make the ankle issue any easier for owners, and in the short-term it could swell up overnight so stay tuned. Curry said his ankle was fine after the game, and that he would "worry about it tomorrow." Owners should once again consider backing him up with Jarrett Jack, who was used sparingly again tonight.
