Suit against Santana dismissed, re-filed

According to Adam Rubin of ESPNNewYork.com, the civil suit against Johan Santana was dismissed.
Santana was accused of sexually assaulting a woman on a Floria golf course in October of last year. Judge Michael T. McHugh dismissed the suit after Santana's attorneys argued that the plaintiff must use her real name in the suit instead of Jane Doe. Santana isn't out of hot water yet, though. Deanna Lynn Williams allowed her attorneys to use her name in an amended lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday.
