Following Mike D'Antoni's knee surgery, his brother Dan says it could be two weeks before he sits on the Lakers bench.
It's unclear who exactly will lead the team if Mike D'Antoni's absence stretches into December. Mike D'Antoni has reportedly reached out to Nate McMillian about joining his staff, as well, and McMillan could possibly stand in during games. We wouldn't worry too much since Steve Nash could run D'Antoni's system in his sleep and both Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard have worked with him on Team USA.
