JaVale McGee scored 16 points on 8-of-12 shooting with three rebounds, one assist, and two blocks in 24 minutes off the bench on Monday against the Suns.
The minutes are an improvement, and the 9.9 points, 5.9 boards, and 1.5 blocks in just under 20 mpg are enough to float borderline value in 12-team leagues, but we won't pretend like owners aren't mashing their teeth. We're still nowhere near dropping him as his upside if or when George Karl flips the switch is easily apparent.
