Rollins (hamstring) returns to Phils' lineup

Jimmy Rollins (hamstring) is back in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Nationals.
Rollins was actually good to go Monday, but was held out due to the field conditions at Nats Park. Though Rollins made a pinch-hit appearance Sunday, this will be his first start since September 8. The NL East champions are getting healthy, just in time for the postseason.
