An IT worker hired by Shaquille O'Neal is suing the NBA star, accusing him of computer hacking and destroying evidence, and contending that O'Neal attempted to frame another employee by planting child pornography on his computer. Also, that O'Neal covered up email evidence of an alleged affair by throwing a computer in a lake.
Shaq's former employee Shawn Darling filed the suit for intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and civil R.I.C.O. (a racketeering charge) on August 3, in Miami-Dade County, Florida, reports Radar Online.
Some of the allegations:
One of the allegations involves O'Neal's ex-wife, Shaunie O'Neal. Darling claims that in 2009, when the two were married, he told Shaunie that Shaq was having an affair with Vanessa Lopez. In the lawsuit, Darling says he found proof that Shaq was breaking into Lopez's phone system and told her about it.
Lopez is currently suing Shaq for harassment and is being represented by Gloria Allred.
PBT: The Kings will stay in Sacramento under new ownership, which likely means a new front office and coach, too.
