With just 11 points so far, the injury-plagued Martin Havlat of the San Jose Sharks is going through his worst offensive season in the NHL.
He began the year often playing on the fourth line, and had just six points in his first 20 games. But since his return after a seven-game absence because of a lower-body injury, Havlat has rediscovered his offensive touch with five points in six games. "He's been skating much better, he's involved in the play more, and as a result, he's been productive," Sharks coach Todd McLellan said. "Everything we wanted to see so far."
