Jets may rest Ondrej Pavelec against Pens

Ondrej Pavelec may get the night off Thursday when the Jets play at Pittsburgh.
He has started 11 straight games and coach Claude Noel hasn't named a started yet for the contest. "We need wins and that will dictate our decision," said the Winnipeg bench boss, but the team may want to get him some rest prior to another important divisional match-up versus Carolina on Saturday. If Pavelec doesn't start then backup Al Montoya will handle the team's crease duties.
