Center Logan Couture praised by Sharks coach

Sharks head coach Todd McLellan credited Logan Couture for being the spark for San Jose Wednesday night in a 4-3 shootout win over the Edmonton Oilers.
The Oilers had a 3-1 lead in the third period before an impressive San Jose comeback win. "Logan is always really determined, but he gets excited to come here and play in Edmonton, I don't know why," he said. "He had six shots on goal, a couple of goals, and an amazing shot in the shootout. We're really proud of him and we're happy to have him." Couture has said he gets personally motivated when he plays the Oilers because, as a Canadian, he hears an awful lot on the TV sports coverage about young Edmonton players such as Taylor Hall or Jordan Eberle.
