A 3-1 lead for the Edmonton Oilers deteriorated into a 4-3 loss to the San Jose Sharks Wednesday night and right winger Ryan Jones says the team needs to find whatever it's missing late in games.
"It's just tough, that's a game that not only did we need the two points, but I thought we deserved them, for the most part," Jones said in a quiet Oilers room after the game. "We just need to find that little bit of whatever it is to get through the end of the game." Jones played with Jordan Eberle and center Ryan Smyth against the Sharks and scored his first goal of the season.
