Chapman hits 103 mph, earns win out of pen
Aroldis Chapman - R - Cincinnati Reds
Sept. 1, 2010 - 11:00 PM ET

Aroldis Chapman earned his first MLB win on Wednesday night by pitching a perfect seventh inning out of the bullpen against the Brewers.

Chapman is absolutely electric. He topped out at 102.7 mph last night, but hit 103.9 tonight while striking out two and inducing a groundout. He's having a huge impact on the Reds entire team with his simple presence. Unfortunately, his role out of the pen leaves Chapman as a mere NL-only and keeper prospect.
