Allen loses just second start of the year

Jake Allen lost his second start of the year, after stopping just 16 shots in St. Louis' 3-2 loss to Vancouver on Tuesday evening.
Allen has been a stud in net for St. Louis since making his first appearance in February but dropped to 8-2-0 on the year. He was coming off of a string of impressive performances against top Western Conference opponents, so he was due for a letdown. Jaroslav Halak will get the start on Saturday in Edmonton.
