Michal Neuvirth returned to action on Sunday from an illness and he got some playing time in a relief appearance.
He turned aside 10 of 11 shots in a 4-1 loss to the New York Rangers after starting goalie Braden Holtby got the hook. Due to his illness and Holtby's hot streak, Sunday's contest was Neuvirth's first game action since Feb. 7.
