Avs prepare for another chance to end streak

Avalanche coach Joe Sacco likes his team's chances of ending the Chicago Blackhawks' points streak on Friday.
Colorado nearly did it on Wednesday, but they coughed up a 2-1 lead going into the third period. However, the rematch will be in Colorado. "We controlled their tempo for the most part (Wednesday)," Sacco said. "You want to manage the puck well against them, because if you don't they'll make you pay, and for the most part I thought we did." Colorado has less than half the points of Chicago at this stage of the season.
