Scott Gomez scores first goal with Sharks

Scott Gomez scored his first goal as a member of the San Jose Sharks on Tuesday.
Gomez's goal came at 7:42 of the first period and immediately set off rounds of jokes on Twitter. The veteran center's scoring prowess, or lack thereof, has become a bit of a running joke over the years and has coincided with his fading fantasy value. He's spent most of the season on the third or fourth line and remains unlikely to contribute in most formats.
