Ryan Carter to accompany Devils to Winnipeg

Ryan Carter (upper body) will accompany the Devils on their trip to Winnipeg but no decision has been made as to whether he'll be activated off injured reserve.
Carter skated on his own earlier Tuesday after visiting a doctor and reportedly is feeling much better. He doesn't have a ton of fantasy value as a third-line player, but we'll update you as soon as we know more.
