Johan Franzen expected to play Wednesday

Johan Franzen (hip) is expected to return the lineup Wednesday against the Los Angeles Kings.
Red Wings GM Ken Holland said defenseman Brendan Smith (shoulder) could also play Wednesday, while defenseman Carlo Colaiacovo (shoulder) is likely targeting Sunday's game. Franzen has been out since Feb. 13 and has three goals and nine points in 12 games this season.
