DeSean Jackson carted off, injury not serious

DeSean Jackson was carted off the practice field with a back injury Saturday after tumbling to the ground on a reception.
Various reports had Jackson limping off the field favoring his right foot or leg while holding his lower back in obvious discomfort. After leaving the cart, he was able to walk gingerly into the locker room under his own power. Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, the injury is not thought to be serious and Jackson "will be fine."
