Niklas Backstrom (illness) feels better after being a late scratch Sunday, but it's unclear if he'll be able to start Thursday.
The flu has been ravaging the Wild locker room of late, including knocking out Pierre-Marc Bouchard, who also feels better but is uncertain to play Thursday. Owners will want to check back after tomorrow's practice to see how Backstrom is feeling.
