Davis optioned to AAA, Cantu to start at 1B?

Rangers optioned 1B Chris Davis to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Well, that sure opens things up for the newly-acquired Jorge Cantu. Davis has batted just .188/.265/.267 with zero homers and three RBI in 101 at-bats this season in the big leagues and will try to work things out down at Triple-A. Cantu will start at first base most nights for the Rangers as they move closer to capturing the American League West crown.
