Buster Olney of ESPN.com hears that the White Sox are "out of the mix" for Nationals slugger Adam Dunn.
The Nats' demands are known to be sky-high and, though interest has been strong, no team yet has been able to find a match. Maybe Washginton GM Mike Rizzo is still hoping to sign Dunn to a contract extension, or perhaps he will be satisfied with draft picks if the the big man heads elsewhere this offseason. Dunn is batting .275 this year with a .916 OPS and 23 homers.
