Coach Bob Hartley has put Roman Horak, Roman Cervenka and Jiri Hudler together to form a "Czeching Line".
The three natives of the Czech Republic will hopefully mesh well together. Hudler grew up being a big fan of Horak's dad, also named Roman, who played in Europe his whole career and scored three goals at the 1994 Lillehammer Olympics. "They're both skilled and really smart players, so I'm going to try to fit in and be a young guy who tries to fly around and pass to them and let them create," Horak said. "Obviously, I watched them play, so I know who they are, and I'm just trying to fit. (Cervenka) has been playing the Czech league and in Russia, so I watched him. And they both play for the national team, so whenever there is a world championship or something like that, you can watch that on TV. So I, obviously, saw that they're both great, great players." Horak has a goal and an assist in five games and the Flames are still high on the youngster.
