Avs win on Duchene's controversial goal

Matt Duchene scored a goal and registered two assists in Colorado's 6-5 victory Monday.
Duchene caught a big break as he was offside prior to the goal, but it wasn't called. Aaron Palushaj also had a goal and two assists for the Avalanche. Paul Stastny had his fourth goal and fifth assists of the season. Tyson Barrie, Chuck Kobasew, and Jamie McGinn accounted for the Avalanche's other three goals. David Jones and P.A. Parenteau each finished Monday's contest with two assists.
