Dodgers deal for Royals OF Scott Podsednik

Jayson Stark of ESPN.com reports that Dodgers have acquired outfielder Scott Podsednik from the Royals for two minor leaguers.
The Dodgers beat out the division rival Giants to land Podsednik, who has hit .310/.353/.400 with five homers, 44 RBI and 30 stolen bases in 390 at-bats for the Royals. He'll join an outfield rotation in Los Angeles that is headlined by Andre Ethier, Matt Kemp, Xavier Paul and injured veteran Manny Ramirez. That crowd should cut into his fantasy value, especially when Ramirez returns, but the speedster will be highly useful to the Dodgers. The Royals will get catcher Lucas May and righty Elisaul Pimentel in return.
