Dan Bylsma is in rare Penguins company.
Friday marks his fourth year as Pens coach, with his 285 games more than Eddie Johnston and his 174 victories eight more than his two predecessors. He is 174-86-25 in the regular season. Further, his 28 playoff wins are five more than Scotty Bowman's previous record. Bylsma has received praise during his time with the Penguins as a someone who has a great ability to teach, discipline, get through to players on different levels, and most of all, win.
