Zherdev in Gagne out?

The signing of Nikolai Zherdev may be the final indication that Simon Gagne's days as a Flyer are numbered.
Zherdev's $2 million contract puts the Flyers $1.4 million over the cap. Zherdev's presence also makes Gagne and his $5.25 million price tag somewhat redundant. Look for Philly to move Gagne soon. One snag, however, is that Gagne disputes that he has waived his no-trade clause. Hopefully, this won't get ugly.
