Crawford earns first star in loss to Ducks
Corey Crawford - G - Chicago Blackhawks
Feb. 13, 2013 - 12:25 AM ET

Corey Crawford lost just his third game of the year on Tuesday night, as the Chicago Blackhawks fell 3-2 to the Anaheim Ducks in a shootout.

Coming off of a shutout against Nashville on Sunday, Crawford put together another quality performance against the Ducks. He earned the first star of the contest, turning aside 29 of the 31 shots he faced. Unfortunately, he was subject to two goals in the shootout. However, Crawford has yet to lose in regulation in 10 games this season. He's emerged as a top fantasy goaltending option.
