Tampa places Ryan Malone (lower body) on IR

Ryan Malone (lower body) has been placed on injured reserve retroactive to Sunday.
He will miss a minimum of three games and is eligible to come off the team's IR on Feb. 17. "He was just warming up before the game, and it tightened up," GM Steve Yzerman said. The injury is something that had been bothering him and it flared up during one a warm-up soccer game prior to this past Sunday's contest.
