Rick DiPietro got saddled with the loss Monday night against the Carolina Hurricanes.
The injury prone goaltender allowed five goals on 30 shots in the contest in just his second start of the season. DiPietro might stay healthy this season, but even if he does, his fantasy value will be limited and should be avoided. Look for Evgeni Nabokov to be between the pipes in the Islanders next game.
