The Vancouver Canucks have inked former Buffalo Sabre forward Mark Mancari to a one year deal worth $525,000.

Mancari had a goal and eight points in 20 games with the Sabres, while picking up 74 points including 28 goals with Portland of the AHL in 74 games. The 25-year-old will get a chance to crack the Canucks lineup but he could be headed to the Chicago Wolves of the AHL once camp is over.
