Matt Niskanen skates with Penguins' Sunday

Matt Niskanen (ankle) took part in Sunday's optional skate.
"It feels good to be out with the team again," said Niskanen. "Mike Kadar does a good job, but that gets old pretty quickly." Kadar is the Penguins' conditioning coach. Niskanen cautioned that he still had "a few more steps to take" before he'll be ready to return to Pittsburgh's lineup.
