John Tavares scores fifth of season in loss

John Tavares scored his fifth goal of the season and his second in as many games in the New York Islanders' 3-2 loss Saturday.
Tavares also had two penalty minutes, five shots, two blocked shots and finished with a +1 rating, making it a profitable fantasy day for the Islanders star. Brian Strait and Brad Boyes assisted on Tavares' goal, with Strait picking up another assist on Colin McDonald's second-period tally.
