Oilers place Eric Belanger (foot) on IR

The Edmonton Oilers have placed Eric Belanger on the injured reserve list after he suffered foot injury Saturday.
It was a tough day for Belanger who also cut his arm while blocking a shot. He finished the game after being injured in the first period. He did not take his skate off as he knew his foot would swell up and he wouldn't be able to put it back on. In any case, Belanger is out of action for a bit of time.
