Gallinari, Nene remain on minute restrictions

Danilo Gallinari (ankle) and Nene (calf) will remain on minute restrictions in Wednesday's game against the Cavs.
The Nuggets have won four straight games, so coach George Karl hinted that he's not going to change his starting five just yet. Gallinari, who played 17 minutes Monday, will likely come off the bench behind Corey Brewer. Nene saw 15 minutes Monday may be asked for more if Timofey Mozgov (ankle) can't go. Either way, red-hot rookie Kenneth Faried is going to get plenty of burn.
