Jiri Hudler enjoyed his Calgary Flames debut on Saturday.
Hudler got to start his tenure in Calgary with a home game. "It was great," Hudler said. I didn't expect anything less. I've played a lot here with Detroit before and the atmosphere was unreal." Hudler missed the start of the season because of his father's death. He returned and registered an assist in his debut, but because of a quirk in Calgary's schedule, he won't play in a second game until Thursday.
