Report: Jamison ready to close on Yotes sale

Sources familiar with the deal tell the Phoenix Business Journal that Greg Jamison is finally ready to close on his deal to purchase the Phoenix Coyotes.
Jamison will reportedly finish the sale agreement by Thursday, which happens to be the last day Jamison's group can buy without losing out on a prearranged 20-year lease agreement with the City of Glendale. The sale would keep the Coyotes in Glendale after a three-year ownership saga that has hit countless speed bumps and seen almost endless delays. Assuming Jamison closes the deal, it appears the drama will finally come to a close.
