Manny Malhotra was a healthy scratch on Sunday.
Malhotra missed Friday's game when his wife gave birth to a son but the Canucks missed him on Sunday as the face off specialist was scratched and the Canucks won only 20 of 62 face offs. Malhotra is 24-10 on the draw, best in the NHL for players who have taken at least 20 face offs. Look for Maxim Lapierre, who had an undisciplined game Sunday to be a possible scratch if Malhotra returns.
