St. Louis coach Ken Hitchcock was quite impressed by the Blues comeback win Sunday.
The Blues were down 3-1 with five minutes left in the second period and playing the back end of back-to-back games when the comeback started. The Blues scored three in a row before the Wild tied it and sent the game into overtime. Then Vladimir Sobotka ended it on a pass from Andy McDonald. "I've been around a long time, but the third period was impressive," Hitchcock said. "To do that back-to-back, it was a very physical game last night (in Dallas) and to come with that kind of effort, I think it was a real confidence booster."
