Bruins' fourth-liners pick up the slack
Shawn Thornton - W - Boston Bruins
Jan. 26, 2013 - 8:40 AM ET

While the rest of the Bruins were struggling to get going, the fourth line picked up the slack against the Islanders.

It was a great night for the fourth line as Shawn Thornton, who also had 10 penalty minutes, and Gregory Campbell netted goals. "They played an extremely good game for us," coach Claude Julien said. "They allowed us to stay in the game for two periods until we got ourselves going a little bit."
