Braves toss Jurrjens (hamstring) on 15-day DL

Braves placed RHP Jair Jurrjens on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April 30, with a strained left hamstring.
Jurrjens suffered the injury during a start last Thursday and hadn't made much progress when the Braves' medical team checked in on him Tuesday morning. Kris Medlen will take his place in the rotation on Saturday against the Phillies and is worth a look in NL-only leagues. Jurrjens was off to a disheartening 0-3 start this season with a 6.38 ERA and 15/11 K/BB ratio.
