Mikael Samuelsson won't play Tuesday night

Mikael Samuelsson (groin) will not play Tuesday and Samuelsson wasn't sure if he'll be able to skate Wednesday.
Samuelsson will have missed two of Detroit's first three games with the groin injury and with his advanced age can't really be counted on except in the deepest of fantasy leagues. The Red Wings called up Gabriel Nyquist from Grand Rapids to take his place Tuesday.
